European Sikh Leadership Program

This groundbreaking leadership program, launching in 2024, is the first of its kind! Designed for Sikh European residents aged 18-35, it focuses on developing leadership skills for the betterment of the panth. This intensive 3-day residential program features interactive workshops, guest speakers, and mentors. Its vision is to create a platform where Sikhs from across Europe can network, build strong foundations, and enhance their professional growth as Sikh leaders.

About the Program:

The program is open to Sikh residents of any European country aged 18-35 years (other age ranges can be accommodated upon request) who are eager to develop leadership skills and strengthen Sikh leadership in their respective cities. The program runs from August 30th to September 1st, 2024 (2 nights, 3 days), with accommodation and meals included. In line with our vision of benefiting the panth by training the next generation, this non-profit course is offered at a highly subsidized rate that covers only accommodation and food costs. The program fee is £299 for the entire Oxford experience. Please note that transportation to and from Oxford must be arranged individually.

Academics: The program includes workshops and seminars addressing key questions such as: What kind of leadership does the panth need today? How can we stand out in a European setting? How can you begin to lead in your city or locality? What qualities should you develop for effective personality growth? Guest speakers and experienced mentors will be leading the workshops.

Accommodation: Participants will enjoy a 2-night stay within the historic main campus of Exeter College, Oxford University, founded in 1314. Located in the heart of Oxford, this prestigious setting offers single standard rooms with shared bathroom facilities. For an additional fee, ensuite rooms are available—please contact us if you wish to upgrade. All meals will be vegetarian, with dietary requirements accommodated. Additionally, a high table afternoon tea in the Hall will be organized.
